A couple were taking a peaceful walk on the beach at Milford, CT
when they came across this carcass of some sort of animal, which they sent us.

I’ve raised pigs, this is clearly not one, for four reasons. No corkscrew tail, pigs don’t have fur, the eyes are too big and the nose is that of a bear thick and long not short and stout. I agree with the bear theory.

  2. Mundi Intra says:

It looks like either a black bear, or a pig. I’m leaning more towards black bear, seeing as it has toes, instead of hooves.

  3. spot morisson says:

I’d agree with pig, but the front leg has digits attached to it. pigs have hooves, not digits. also upon closer inspection of the snout and face it llols more like a large rat, which grows constantly throughout its life and with a little help from all the waste pumped into its environment, the apparent mutant size would be easily explained. but that ain’t no pig unless they started growing em with hands.

  4. joseph says:

its clearly a pig look at the snout and skin

    It’s a bear, or a demonic hell beast. I hope it’s a hell beast.

  7. Michael says:

It looks like a naked bear that has been in the water for sometime.

  8. Mika says:

When viewing the pictures and comparing animal pics to it. It reminds me of a Wolverine that the ocean has started to compose! Just an idea.

  9. Fallon says:

    clearly a pig.

  10. Me says:

    Obviously a brown bear.

  11. Mel says:

This looks like one of the animals depicted on the ancient ruins recently discovered in Turkey at Golbeki Tepi.

  12. Iver says:

It looks like a pig, but it seems huge! I don’t know what the heck it is. Well, I guess we can call this the Milford Monster.

  13. Wolf says:

That looks like either a dog or a pig. You can see it has dog-like toes in the first picture and it has some pretty thick fur on its back, but in the last its back right foot looks like a hoof. Its hard to see in the first picture because its face is underwater, but you can see it has a dog or pig-like noes. A better look at its face could probably determine it’s species, but I would say it’s probably a dog.
